Although our slick self-storage collection model aims to save you from ever having to visit your storage, we know from time to time you may need to get something from storage or drop something off. You might even just want to check your belongings are ok. We have a quick and easy way for you to visit your storage at our customer viewing area. Simply provide us with 2 working days notice and we will organise for your container to be lowered from where its warehoused to the customer viewing area.

FAQs
Does Box Smart supply packing materials?
Yes, we provide boxes and packing materials for your storage if you require them. When we collect your storage we will provide a full packing, wrapping and furniture protection service. This includes up to 25 large removal boxes. If you require more, boxes are £30 per 25.
What area do you cover?
We cover central Scotland including Edinburgh and Glasgow. We collect storage from Ardrossan to North Berwick and anywhere in between. We then store your items at whichever of our facilities is closest to you or preferred.
Can I visit my things whilst at Box Smart
Of course! All that’s needed is 2 working days notice so we can organise to move your container to the ground floor in our viewing area. We can also bring your items to your location for access. This costs around £70 depending on your location and how much you are storing.
Can I purchase additional protection for my storage?
Yes! We offer up to £5,000 of storage cover to protect your belongings whilst stored. We can add or remove cover at any time and will ask you if you require cover during the booking process. Our cover starts from as little as £5 per week.
