We offer Removal and Goods in Transit Cover. This provides you with removal and goods in transit damage and loss waiver. This cover means your items are fully protected during storage collection and transportation. We will replace, repair or offer compensation for items up to a total value of £5,000.

A key benefit of Box Smart cover is that it is such good value. We highly recommend that you arrange cover as this protects your items from the moment they begin to be removed from your property and loaded on our vehicles to the moment they arrive at their new destination.

Q – Does Box Smart extend to cover me if my collection address is out with central Scotland?

Our storage cover is provided across the UK and Northern Ireland.

Q – How do I make a claim?

Your claim will be processed by our team as quickly as possible in accordance with our terms and conditions. If you wish to make a claim, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Removal and Goods in Transit Cover is £30

In the event that we cause accidental damage to your property, all storage companies limit their liability to pay for repair costs. For your peace of mind, you can purchase additional cover through our Property Protection Waiver. 

Property Protection covers either one or multiple properties we collect storage from against accidental damage up to a total repair cost of £5,000 each

Property Protection waiver is £30 per property

We highly recommend that you protect your belongings whilst they are stored for any length of time. That’s why we offer specialist cover to all our customers.

Our waiver provision guarantees that in the event that items are lost or damaged, we provide replacement or compensation up to and including full ‘like-new’ value. This means you have total peace of mind, allowing you to rest assured that the contents of your storage unit are always covered.

We will replace, repair or offer compensation for items up to a total claim value of £5,000.

For Personal Storage

• Computer and electronic equipment, deeds, registered bonds, and other personal documents up to £5,000
• Household goods, furnishings, furniture, carpets, curtains, and home appliances, including gas and electric cookers and telephone equipment and pedal cycles up to £5,000
• Personal possessions, stamp collections and coin collections, with proof of ownership and providence up to £5,000, valuables up to £5,000

For Business Storage

• Computer and electronic office equipment, deeds, registered bonds and other personal documents up to £5,000
• Furniture, carpets, curtains, and appliances, including telephone equipment
• Machinery, stock, tools, and plant valuables up to £5,000
