How does the storage collection work?

Please contact us to book. We will work with you to organise a collection at the best possible time for you. Collections spaces are available 7 days a week from 8am-8pm.

On the day of collection, our team and van arrives at your chosen location. We pride ourselves on running a reliable and punctual service and we strive to arrive within 30 minutes of our agreed time.

We offer a free collection with every booking.

What do I do if I need to reshedule?

Please contact us to reschedule at least 24 hours before our agreed upon arrival time. We will be delighted to help you reorganise for another time. There is no charge for rescheduling a booking. 

Will you wait for me if I am running late?

Yes, of course we will wait until you are ready for us to load. Any time waiting beyond our agreed collection time with count towards your 30 minute free collection window.

How do you make sure all my items are returned?

Your items are stored in their own secure space in our storage centre. All spaces are numbered and your information is recorded. This means we are very organised and when you require your items to be returned, we can have them back to you within 48 hours.

How do I organise for my items to be returned?

Simply contact us on email, text, whatsapp or through our website. We will quickly organise the return of items for a day and time which works best for you. On the day we will arrive within a 30 minute window of our agreed time. 

We return items 7 days a week with slots available between 8am-8pm

What happens if my collection lasts longer than 30 mins?

Collection is free and we will be there to help you for as long as you need us. If you are utilising our loading services, we include 30 minutes of free loading. Beyond this loading is 55p per minute per loader
